Terms & Conditions for CH Roll Offs

Welcome to CH Roll-Offs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our dumpster rental services (“Services”). By renting a dumpster from us or using our website www.chrolloffs.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Dumpster Rental Options & Pricing

  • 16-Yard Dumpster: $265 for 24 hours

  • 22-Yard Dumpster: $290 for 24 hours

  • Additional Days: $25 per day after the initial 24-hour rental period

  • Monthly Rentals: $1,020 per month

​

Weight Allowance

  • The first 1 ton (2,000 lbs) of material is included in your rental price.

  • Additional weight beyond 1 ton is charged at $0.06 per pound.

Swap & Drop Fee

  • If you need your dumpster swapped during the rental period, a $150 swap and drop fee will apply.

 

2. Service Areas & Additional Charges

  • Standard pricing applies within our primary service area.

  • Locations past American Falls, Inkom, or Rexburg may be subject to additional delivery charges.

  • Final pricing for these areas will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Rental Period & Pick-Up

  • Rental begins at the time the dumpster is delivered.

  • If the dumpster is not ready for pickup at the end of the rental period, additional charges will apply.

  • Customers must ensure the dumpster is accessible for scheduled pick-up. Blocked or inaccessible dumpsters may result in additional fees.

4. Acceptable & Prohibited Materials

You may use the dumpster for general debris, household junk, construction waste, and yard waste. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Hazardous materials (paint, oil, fuel, solvents, asbestos, chemicals, etc.)

  • Tires, batteries, and electronics (unless pre-approved)

  • Medical or biohazard waste

  • Flammable or explosive materials

Improper disposal may result in fines, refusal of service, or additional charges.

5. Placement & Accessibility

  • Customer must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for dumpster placement.

  • CH Roll-Offs is not responsible for damage to driveways, pavement, lawns, or other property caused by dumpster placement or removal.

  • Customer must ensure proper clearance for delivery trucks, including overhead wires, trees, and obstructions.

6. Payments & Fees

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

  • Additional fees may apply for:

    • Extra rental days beyond the agreed term

    • Excess weight over the included 1-ton allowance

    • Relocation or swap & drop requests

    • Failed delivery or pick-up attempts due to blocked access

7. Liability

  • Customer assumes full responsibility for the dumpster and its contents during the rental period.

  • CH Roll-Offs is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse of the dumpster.

  • Customer agrees to indemnify and hold CH Roll-Offs harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to dumpster use.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery may be eligible for a refund.

  • Same-day cancellations or failed deliveries due to customer error may result in a cancellation fee.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our Services means you accept the updated Terms.
